The Khalsa was established today by Sri Guru Govind Singh Ji (the 10th Sikh Guru) for the protection of Dharma! It was in response to the murder of his father Guru Tegh Bahadur ji (the 9th Guru), who sacrificed his life to also protect Dharma and the Hindu Tilak and Sacred thread! Bharat is the land of Dharma. Let's protect Bharat together.
"In this dark age, Tegh Bahadur
performed a great act of chivalry
(saka) for the sake of the frontal
mark (tilak) and sacred thread (janeu).
He offered all he had for the holy. He gave
up his head, but did not utter a sigh. He
suffered martyrdom for the sake of
religion. He laid down his head, but
not his honor. Real men of God do
not perform tricks like showmen.
Having broken the pitcher on the
head of the Emperor of Delhi, he
departed to the world of God. No one
has ever performed a deed like him.
At his departure, the whole world
mourned, while the heavens hailed it
as a victory."

To protect the state of affairs and what to do about it?
Guru Tegh Bahadurji was not burried alive.
He gave his shaheedi (as a matter of duty towards righteousness) with unflinching devotion towards Lord to protect someone else's faith. He was beheaded by mughals.
Such great acts of sacrifices should never be expressed with inaccuracies mataji..
Right, in fact the graved Kashmiri Pandits did puja of Shiv ji to show them to way forward. Shiv ji told the former that currently there is only one personality, Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib ji who can give such a great sacrifice for the sake of humanity. And the rest is known.

A real Sikh sees Lord in everybody, as the child of almighty. They respect all religions but follow the Guru and that’s why Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji and Dasam Granth Sahib ji have guided people of all faiths about spirituality.
A small correction Mataji, you talked about the difference as the Hindu brothers worshiping the Lord in Sakar form and Sikh brothers worshiping Him in Nirakar form. However, in Sikhi Lord is worshipped in the Shadad Form (Name/ qualities of Lord) primarily. It has been mentioned in Dasam Granth Sahib ji as well as Guru Granth Sahib ji. This one can see in the Sikh traditions starkly - at the time of birth, death, auspiciously occasion, bad occasion, etc., in all of them Sikhs chant the name of the Lord or sing Gurbani 🙏 This is a huge misconception in minds of many. Both the scriptures mention God’s forms as Sakar, Nirakar and Shabad roop
Moreover, Guru Sahib says “Ek Pita, ekas ke hum barik” ~ Our father is the same and all of us are His children. So we should live in harmony with each and every individual, seeing them as the co-passengers in this journey towards the Lord.

Defending and flourishing are the two faces of same coin.
While kirpan or weapons are used to defend dharma , janeu or true knowledge is used to flourish dharma.
Haumain (false ego) wouldn’t give us Waheguru ji but nimarta (humility) will. Let’s respect all the faiths as different paths to the same Lord. Sikhi doesn’t teach to demean other faiths but to respect them. If all these are Lords then how can ANY of them be imperfect? It’s people who distort the real faiths. Therefore living the life as per the Scriptures is suggested. Janeu is as much important to Hindus as the Gatra to Sikhs.
@@simranbhatia1587 the thing is I don't demean faith but sister in this video is saying that Khalsa was established to protect sanatan which is wrong. Sikhs fought hindu rulers like bhimchand. Hanji ego needs to be shed but there is false propaganda spread by bjp that Sikhs are hindus etc and that needs to be tackled ji.
