All that I do is use the GoPro Mic adapter and plug it into my GoPro 11 and it records all the audio into the GoPro and I can listen to it from my phone
It is picking up everything that is coming in through your in ears so whatever you are listening to through your in ears will be in the mix at the end . Just make sure that it is turned up in your ears so that you can hear it in the mix on your phone but, just not blasting because it may be fuzzy if it is too loud. But, it's going to record literally everything that you are hearing.
