Kyle was the only driver to coming close to winning the championship for all 3 series in the same year! That's when NASCAR changed the rule where a driver can only collect points in 1 series... Later the limited the # of races you could drive in the other series.
For those complaining about Busch racing in truck series… he brings fans, viewers, and sponsors. This isn’t like other sports. It’s good for the sport for him to be there. If you don’t agree then why do they allow it?

Look at Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson.. seems like once they won a championship or 7 they just weren’t the same. I was a pro no Kyle, but now he’s the last of the old boys.. Now 100% for him.. no matter what he drives
They do not disallow it in other sports, it’s just that there’s no opportunity to do so in other sports because of the schedules Other sports do have players go down to lower levels to play & rehab but they have far too many games in the seasons to be able to go play In the minors
