Nails using PrismaColor Pencils

Hi lovely, is the kit sealed prior to doing these? I’ve heard people say the prisma pencils don’t go on the kits well until they’re sealed..

You mentioned 925 as the color but the pencil says Tuscan red...trying to find this color and when I search 925 it comes up crimson lake. Was the 925 the wrong number by accident?
