      You can do Face Yoga workouts every day or 5x per week. The duration of time depends on the program and exercise routine, and you can double the routine if you'd like. Maximum time would take about 15-20 minutes.

    After having a lot of stress, and I already know I hold tension in my neck and jaw, I saw wrinkles form on forehead and hair thin. I can feel the tension at rest. I'm adding this to my routine.
