      There's no one that does it better!! That's why Rich, McAfee & half a dozen other sports shows have ripped off/borrowed the formula he developed. It sucks he's only got 4yrs left but he's given us innumerable great times & he deserves to retire & relax. I've been listening or watching since the 1st year he left ESPN & started in his attic, from mancave to mancave. I also used to watch Dan & Keith almost every night on the Big Show in the early-mid 90s. DP is a legend & an icon, period

    Listen to DP every morning. Best sports show by far. No yelling or talking over someone. Just good guests and insights.

      @ricksta760oside I started listening right at the end of his run with ESPN, but listened more regularly around 2012 and have never looked back. Catching the podcast these days, but I'll always be a fan.

    Dan is the man, he changed the game when he left ESPN, everybody ripped his format, including pat mcafee. He is still one of the best, and few remaining, actual sports reporters.

      @Zfb124 been a Dan fan for a long time. He may be a dying breed, but he is a great sports reporter. I always appreciate how he builds a relationship with the audience and doesn't treat us like we are dumb. One of the best to ever do it.

    He’s the best. I’m sure he has a strong ego that drives him, but you never see it. A guy you would love to play golf or have a beer with.

      @JDL0427 I agree, Dan has always seemed like a guy you’d hangout with. Even down to conversations with the Danettes. He doesn’t present as someone who would be a jerk off camera…unless you’re Fritzy…

    Hey , Great job on giving Dan the respect he deserves. ESPN is 100% regretful for letting him go.
    That was the best for Dan ESPN has dropped in popularity ever since. He is by far the best in the business!!

    Hell ya awesome video! DP is the man. I found the show late, when they were briefly on youtube, but have been a listener ever since. It was really cool to learn more about his past!

    I remember Dan back to his CNN days. The new media opportunities are great when the big establishment media doesn't take advantage of great talents with a following. Dan is just 1 example and I think it's great. Freedom

    I love the Dan Patrick show, the best. He’s definitely the best interviewer. The show has no gimmicks like the other guys, straightforward, factual, easy to listen to. Just recently started watching it on Peacock, which is definitely a plus. looking forward to the next four years!

    Dan makes you feel like your sitting inside his studio on the couch just shootingvthe breeze. Colin is always intense and takes himself to serious. I prefer dan everyday od the week twice on sunday

    Great video! Would have enjoyed it more without the wide swings in audio volume. I watch DP and the Danettes every day on TH-cam. His amazing voice is only surpassed by his incredible interviewing skills. Dan is THE MAN!

    I honestly can't even comment about this subject because half the time your music was louder than what you were trying to say. Did you even take the time to view & listen to your video before you posted it online? Because if you actually played the whole thing & still felt the audio is fine, then maybe you should find a day job. I'm not usually this mean to people, but if people want to spend time to make a video & post it online to share information about a particular subject matter, then please take that extra step to adjust the audio properly before releasing your material to the internet & hoping to garner consistent viewership.

    There'll never be another sports guy as cool, fun & relatable as DP. He doesn't put on "a show", he just hangs out with some friends & talks sports & entertainment... while interviewing the biggest stars in the world. Listening is like hanging with your friends at your local pub & talking sports. Everyone wishes they could have a job like the DP Show where you love going to work, Dan & the Danette's have it made... "who's got it better than us" _nobody!_
