They aren’t the cheapest option but far from the most expensive option. We looked at several traditional fully assembled wood frame with plastic or glass panes and those were between $5500-8,000 depending. Very nice and ascetically pleasing but more than we wanted to spend. These were made here in Montana and built to take heavy snow loads hence the higher costs. We also looked at several kinds of prefabricated kits that require the buyer to assemble and there’s no way that these lightweight units could stand up to the amount on snow accumulation that we typically get here. They are a great and cheaper alternative if you live in an area that doesn’t get severe weather.
