As part of our support of British and Irish farmers, Farm Forward, our Progressive Young Farmer Training Programme gives three young farmers the opportunity to trace every step of our supply chain - from farm to restaurant front counter. It’s a great opportunity for young people interested in business, and our young farmers got the chance to see how quality is considered at every step of the process.
