Great review, I have a question, I have this same desk, but we're lost the control box and keypad in a move. Autonomous doesn't sell the control box separately. Is there any chance you could take a picture of your control box and send it or tell me if there is a manufacturer, part number or model number on it somewhere? Thanks for the great video!
How's stability for this desk? I've read a lot of negative reviews for their other smartdesks when it comes to quality and stability. It definitely made me hesitate on pulling the trigger.
I jumped the gun due to how cheap the bundle is (also got the chair and monitor arm) and they offer a 30 day return policy, they cover the cost for shipping and will give you a full refund. I am definitely not expect anything like the ones which are worth $1000+, Ikea also makes some desks around the same cost and those also seemed a little unstable and shaky while moving up and down.
Mine bows very slightly, maybe a quarter of an inch lower on the smaller L part. It does not really bother me much because I just have my router and misc papers on that section of the desk. I recommend using your monitor/keyword on the longer section.
I had to do this moving to a new house, it's just several bolts on the bottom so not terrible. If you have it moved say via moving truck I do recommend you make sure the top is well protected as mine got a ding and it was a really bummer.

Hey Jon! Great video. Is it possible to purchase an extra cable tray and put it under the portion of the desk without the grommet holes (I.e. on the return)? I want to have additional cable management on both sides to hide other bulky wires. thoughts?

Thanks for the review, very clear. I also have the same unit as you, do yo know how to disable the height lock without disconnecting the power? My son keeps on playing with the buttons. There seems to be no safety feature where if you have an arm chair, it may hurt the hand when the desk lowers. Also do you have uneven service between the two surfaces after rising or lowering the height? Mine does and I don’t know how to resolve the issue. Thanks.
The price on this desk as increased DRASTICALLY in the last 2 months. its now at $739 on sale and showing $959, Saw that it was $589 in your video and was showing $789 as retail.

How did you get your frame to lay flat against the large table top? Mine is bowing in the middle. So frustrated with this purchase.

Reason I ask is because the instructions have it on the return?
You might be able to use 2 of them, I'd ask autonomous
Does the desktop have holes pre drilled? How hard was it to switch the return piece side from the left to the right?
it's pre drilled and I'd say it would be a pain in the ass to move it to the other side.
How has this performed with you tower on top of the desk? Just got one and I'm concerned about placing mine on top it it's too heavy.
