Sacred Steel Summit 2024

Sacred Steel is a musical style and African-American gospel tradition that features the steel guitar as part of religious services. The steel guitar is considered to be a “voice” and a holy sacrament to a group of related Pentecostal churches in the 1930 and is associated in particular with The Church of the Living God. The steel guitar is embraced in the worship of two of these dominions, the Keith Dominion and the Jewell Dominion.
Musicians have passed down the unique musical tradition known as "sacred steel" for generations. Some say “this music is not taught, but caught.”
