Solid 12 due to 6k. Frontier part around 0:40 can be buffed to multifinger. Cc: 12.3
I personally think you can make an eternity difficulty where 3 or more fingers needed to play the chart. You can make at least 14 to 15 in difficulty

Hardest part I’d say between the hold note doubles and the 6k part is the 24 spread at the 6 note part, due to stamina. ( 2:10 )
