Mighty Havoc it's AI on the hardest difficulty. of course it's insane from them to react because they read your inputs before the animation even comes out. happens in every game basically with AI on the hardest level. they "cheat"
Injustice 2 isn't too bad on Very Hard. Just takes a bit of practice. I mainly struggle against Brainiac since he can use those tentacles and deal huge damage with them.
