I have this exact same one it did wonders for me but stopped working for some reason 😭 Like it turns on but doesn't cut the hair anymore. Something's prob wrong with the blade I guess. There was a spring inside that I lost though. Got a replacement but forgot where it's supposed to be. Please help lol
It cuts, I like it a lot is funny how some people don’t like it but I can see why, it feels like it doesn’t cut but you have to find the best way to used it. I got less ingrown hair in my face from pulling the hair after I started to use the flawless. And the I move to hair laser removal. I still used my flawless from time to time.

I watched a video. It's easy remove the cap cover then grab the gold part and pull it out from the bottom. The battery slot is on the gold piece. You'll see it once you pull up. It comes completely out so don't worry about breaking it. The base is literally just a shell. And it will snap back into place when you out it in.

Screw off the top shaver it could be clogged with hair. &nd it could also be the battery. Lol I just watched a video on how to change it 😂😂😂

Yes you can replace the battery. I have several of this and I don’t have a problem replacing the batteries.
