Beautiful sounds & harmony of my favourite musical instruments played by exceptionally awesome guitarists. Thank you so much for sharing Pat Bergeson student of Chet Atkins he certainly knew talent when he heard you play and shared your talent with us.
Pat Bergeson was on Zac Childs' Truetone Lounge. He said it was a parts guitar that had a Warmoth body, an ESP neck and Bill Lawrence pickups ( two L 500 and one L 250 in the middle).
Wonderful. I recorded this on VHS when it played on PBS, I believe, years ago. Not sure it'll still play. I can hear most of it, I think, but I've always wondered what the tubes the percussionist sweeps must sound like. FWIW, I'm sure Chet knew there are no mountains in Illinois. :-)

Just stunning !! Now....if only there WERE any mountains in Illinois
Not the most difficult thing Chet ever played, but he and Pat play Pat's original composition exquisitely!

I’m still in the dark as to why it’s called the mountains of Illinois.
Because ironically there are no mountains in Illinois... ;)
@@roboticflamingo234 true, but there are some large hills near Galena in NW Illinois!
What is the brand of the guitar that you are playing?
It looks like a ESP Vintage strat
Julian Rico Its a poor quality camera. From what I can tell, Pat is using a Fender, and Chet is using a Gibson.
