24 ft b+ & older jeep cherokee. We're setting up the jeep to mild overland camp (no week + excursions) because the RV is limited on backroads. We did however pull the jeep behind us on the arch loop road at Organ pipe Nat'nl Monument! A little rough, very dusty, beautiful and fun!

An off road trailer with a small 4×4 pickup truck to tow is a long standing and extremely fuctional system. It would let you do exactly what you said you wanted to do and if you don't mind working on the trailer it can be done

Sounds like you need an old 4x4 pickup truck pulling a converted cargo trailer. But you're going to hate trying to find parking in any city you travel through.
I really don't want a trailer!!! It more to register and insure and I would prefer one contained unit!
You know.... they guy in the red truck parked outside the lines. I watched that part of your video 4 times. Lol. Anyway. The guys in the red truck is over the white line into the fedex space. Just saying.
Hi! I am hitting the road with my dog and cats soon. What do you do with Mia when it is hot and you have to go to the store?
I leave her in the van with the fan going and the front windows vented. If it's too hot I won't go into a store for more than a minute or two!
