So does collector no longer work with Loki?
It does not. They changed it a little while ago.
No. Since Loki "Transforms" the cards in "your" hand into your opponent's ones, it doesn't count as new cards "entering" your hand. But since these cards didn't start in your deck, they still get discounted by quinjet.
