I love goat’s brain but I only tried the Chinese style. Another exotic food which I love is Shirako (fish sperm). I had it once at a Japanese restaurant.
I can't help but keep laughing at your reaction after you guys first slurp or bite... lol 😂 Sorry. Great content and refreshing on this channel. It doesn't always have to be a food challenge or mukbang every time. I be curious how you guys going to discharge the intake of highly protein nutrition (heatiness ) stuffs.
activity suggestion: - try the taiwanese 卤肉饭 Eat 3 Bowls at Pasir Panjang and after that rent a anywheel bicycle and ride from labrador park to keppel bay via the Bukit Chermin Boardwalk for yachts sightseeing. After that, can try the Ivy's Hainanese Herbal Mutton Soup at Pasir Panjang food centre
It’s funny how As a boy, I like to order hashima for dessert at Chinese restaurant. But I never knew what it was, just thought it was jelly. Only when I was an adult did I realise it’s frog ovaries/Fallopian tubes. 🥴
Location #1: Goats Tongue? I wonder if the texture is similar to the Pig's one. If you want something even more Exotic, go to Changi Village, you can get goat's P**** and B****. Location #2: I remember this place because I remember watching Anthony Bourdain going there. You supposedly can get a Consult from a TCM Doctor and he will recommend what you should have. Location #3: Crocodile meat is known to be very good for people with Asthma. Location #4: You can actually find Shark Meat at that Hawker. I really hope they are still there. Location #5: Is that a new location for Ah Chew? Looks different from their Bugis and Novena branch.
Hello Annette, I always feel intrigued by your amazing videos. 😊 Zermatt is so down to earth, really feel inspired by his food challenge videos. 👍 I like pigs organ soup though, the soup is flavourful.
Singaporean loves food, maybe u should do more food series.. like spicy food challenge, unique food items, singapore cook instant noodles recipes etc.. or find things to do in yew tee, the supposed most boring place in sg
my exotic food: monkey's brain in hot oil, more than 40 years in Imperial Hotel when they have a 3 days 满汉全席, Bears claw in Harbin braised in oyster sauce, 飞龙鸟 in 大兴安岭, Semi cooked Ant-eater in South Africa.
Goat's brain in kambing soup is nothing, used to eat it even in primary school days. 😁 Turtle soup wise for old timers they believe it will cleanse your blood especially for those who visit prostitutes frequently. Pig's tongue can go 大佬 kway chap stall at blk 93 lor 4 tpy, i believe it's the only kway chap stall in sg offer pig's tongue and taste good too.
hi annette lee remember it was 11/8/2023 you went to jiemin primary school it is because I am a student from there and I am a offical subscriber!!!!!😀😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
Frankly speaking, if you didn't know what was the exotic ingredient or if you think it is just regular meat/egg, most of these food will actually taste quite normal or close to other regular dishes.
I have eaten all these 5 foods that you guys have featured, it is not as scary as the Filipinos balut! I will never dare to eat the balut! Do you know what is a balut? It is scarryyyyy!!!
haha i’ve tried balut before and liked it! it’s actually not as scary if you tell yourself it’s chicken. but i didn’t eat the meat, i just drank the soup.
@@AnnetteLeeMusic Oh My God! You are so so brave! When I saw the tiny bird with strings of feather on it after cracking the thing and the eyelids are closed etc, I don’t even want to hold or be near it, let alone drink or eat it!!! That is the most scary food in my opinion! And this goes to show that different people has a weak link on different things. Balut is my Achilles heel!!🥶🥶🥶
I dont even eat any pig/animal organs soup, so not going to try any of these. Am local but am squeamish, the only one I had was Hashima and I don't like it either. I think the most adventurous thing I eat gotta be frog legs and I still feel a bit weird eating it.
I envy Asian night markets. In South Africa its not there due to politics and crime. South Africans are not allowed to enjoy or live their dreams but foreigners are allowed to dominate our country. In time we will be able to live. Not safe for tourists to visit. Enjoy life on our behalf as well. 😊.
Annette is very very very brave!!! But try not to eat turtle soup/ meat, it's very bad luck cos turtles are regsrded as celestial beings descendants The most exotic meat I've ever eaten before was dog meat, alpaca penis and whale fat/ meat....in China * urghhh * (we didn't know what meat it was until after we ate it at a lunch hosted by some domestic biz man and officials 😢😅
noooo i can’t believe that happened to u i’d be so traumatized i could never eat dog💀 and thank you but i mightve used up all my bravery for the year in this ep already 😂🤚🏻
should actually eat the food first before showing them what it is ... so that they dont visualize it :D maybe lie to them about having 3 dishes of chicken/pork/beef etc... so that they can give a fair critic to these exotic foods hahaha !
This is why we need zermatt for food shows ! By far the most calm and yolo TH-camr haha. Keep it up! 💯
Awww ty! I'm quite adventurous when it comes to food heh
It's Goat Testicles in the Kambing Brain soup!😂😂🤣🤣👍👍
"I swallowed it", "so proud of you" 😂
I think its more fun if you eat first, then know what it is. 😊
Turtle soup I had it since primary school untill now😂 like the best thing ever I’m okie with just drinking the soup with rice
Looks like Annette was having a torrid time while Zermatt was enjoying it.
Hello annettee! You came to my School a few weeks ago and you really inspired me and my friends!
This series should definitely go international and to start, why not an over-land trip to Hat Yai from SG by public transport only!
That's like 12 hours drive?
@ZermattNeo don't even drive bro. train all the way 🤣
upper boon keng market my childhood time, that stall the oldest there...
I love goat’s brain but I only tried the Chinese style. Another exotic food which I love is Shirako (fish sperm). I had it once at a Japanese restaurant.
I realised that as a Singaporean, sometimes even foreigners know more places that we don't even know exists!
I can't help but keep laughing at your reaction after you guys first slurp or bite... lol

@@AnnetteLeeMusic At least I know that, i do not have Scotoma.😅
Tried once turtle soup taste is like normal meat
Making mountains out of molehill
Turtle soup so common
Frankly speaking, if you didn't know what was the exotic ingredient or if you think it is just regular meat/egg, most of these food will actually taste quite normal or close to other regular dishes.
Zermatt's parents are vegetarian, so he ate their share 😂
both of you look like siblings :)
Both looks like husband n wife hope so 😍😊
Crocodile meat is similar to chicken meat but is way more tastier... Who say croc meat is hard 🤣

Turtle eggs never become hard boiled, no matter how long u boil them
oh wow thank you i just learned something new today! i googled it and it's such an interesting fact 🤣
I dont even eat any pig/animal organs soup, so not going to try any of these. Am local but am squeamish, the only one I had was Hashima and I don't like it either. I think the most adventurous thing I eat gotta be frog legs and I still feel a bit weird eating it.
haha don't worry i have friends like that too! but good on you for trying frog - i know many Singaporeans who wouldn't even try that 😂
if i didn't know any better I'd say they were siblings
i feel like the unenthused "so proud of you" at 8:03 the most sibling energy moment in this video 💀
