+iYogi well I did the steps correctly and did the same steps from other videos but it still does the same thing also I went to the Microsoft website for some help and used the automatic troubleshooter after awhile it said that its fixed but when I tried it again it is still the same error..

i've already download and tried to install this media creation tools x64, but when i open this installer, it shows error message "0x80070002 - 0x200612" what's that supposed to mean? any idea?
