Excellent sir .. however to use same search system if I have say 20 columns in my sheet and I want to display only say 6 columns in listbox withe same search facility...how to do it
You can use many column for sow only 6 search list you need to exit sub once 6 data added

is method ko se aap kisi bhi column ko search kar sakte hai, but agar aap kisi ek column ko fix karna chahte hai to uske liye bahut sare video bana rakhe hai listbox ka, uske alaba, abhi lates video magical listbox use dekhe
it would be much better if we can specify in which column we want to search, for example if i want to search for Sahil from student name column, then it should display search result from student name column only, as we know Sahil can also be present in Fathers Name column.
For this for that column u should formate(datefieldname, "dd/mm/yyyy")

Sir. If we want data validation , for example.. we put some name in the cell and automatically display the roll no next cell. Which stopped wrong data entry in the sheet. And all data roll no shift to sheet assign against roll no. Thanks

Nice video. Only issue I have is with dates. My dates are same as yours e.g. 24 Oct 21 but when they appear in listbox they show as USA format 10/24/2021 instead of 24/10/2021 which is my setting which is UK. Also when initialising or running code how come it shows lots of extra spaces at bottom of listbox scrollbar. is there a way to only show values on sheet with no space under scrollbar
For the date formate kindly change the formate for date column, and for extra spaces please check your loop no
Hi. My dates are formatted as dd-mmm-yy e.g. 24-Oct-21 but in listbox appear as 10/24/21. Loop number is fine even when I manually change to a value instead of last row. Even does.it in the video at 15:17 when you enter electrical only 6 results but scroll bar appears and if you clicked after the results there would be blanks in yours too

Hello Sir, Very informative session. I've also prepared the same but there are 12 columns in the list box. When I write code "For ColHead =1 to 12" I'm getting Runtime error 380 "Could not set the List property. Invalid property value" . Code is picking up to 10 columns only. Pleas help.

All of my research said that LastRow = Sheet1.Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row is the problem. I ran a macro to find out my maximum row with data and it is 3214. I do not know how to fix this issue. Can you help?
Ate you using rouwsource, if yes then your name range should be dynamically with offset function. So check your name range working properly or not. Or I have also uploaded a another video for this you can check out
Hello. Your excel file does the same thing when I open it in Excel 365. It takes a long time for my search function to open when I added my data to your excel file. In this particular instance, however, though the code successfully displays the Column Headers at runtime, it throws up Run-Time Error 380 on line 7 of the code and stops working after this occurs.
