Me too! But 3 kids and autoimmune disorders = too tired all the time. I rocked life like this back when I had 2 young kids and no health issues. I miss feeling that type of energy in my life

It’s SO hard to get up sometimes but I really think it’s a habit that you create over time and it gets easier! I was the WORST about sleeping in and finally made a change to start getting up earlier and the reward of being able to workout and start my day doing things that I love motivated me to keep it up! You got this!! 🩷🙌🏻
How do you get your kids out the door in a reasonable time? It’s a struggle for my two kids in the morning and takes us at least 10-15 minutes to get out the door.
I hear that! It’s a struggle for us as well but I find if I keep the pace up and don’t allow too much downtime for playing /distractions it’s more efficient!
