- Our first 24 hours in Bangkok, Thailand! In this vlog we explore the Khaosan area, the Grand Palace, and Wat Arun, trying plenty of street food along the way!

Sawasdee Kha ! and Welcome to our land of smile gals. The foods in a tourist area are a little pricey than a local area. Staying in Kaosan Rd. area is quite far from the city center and Sky train station (BTS) or Subway (MRT). Tuk Tuk is just for fun once in a while but not for travel around the city as it's cost way more expensive than Taxi meter and Grab Taxi. I would recommend you go to the nearest MRT Sanamchai or Sam Yod station which you can connect to BTS line at Siam Paragon Station if you want to go to the city center area. BTS and MRT are the most convenient to travel around Bangkok. Hope this info is useful for you guys to explore our city. Have fun and save travel in Thailand.❤
We recommend places to visit in Thailand such as many floating markets in Bangkok, major department stores, Icon Siam, MBK, Pratunam Mall, Siam Square One, and a cruise on the Chao Phraya River. Go ride the giant Ferris wheel and see the city at Asiatique or take a boat to see Koh Kret. Go up the Golden Mountain at Wat Saket. There are many more places to visit. Hope you two will have fun traveling in Thailand.

One of my first trips to Thailand, I slept nearly 8 hours after traveling 11+ hours; I think it happens to the best of us. But, I made up for the lost time during my 3 week trip. Yeah some of the best Thai dishes are in Thailand. I love the Green Curry and Phad Thai!

Absolutely no surprise you slept your 1ST day away after being awake for 27 hrs. It was great seeing both of you try the local food for dinner. Sure looks like both of you do not like nightlife at ALL, that absolutely will be a problem in Bangkok. Absolutely love eggs. Amazing water views at night. Road your 1ST Tuk Tuk.
