    이게 진짜 육계장이네요... 어릴때 먹던... 쇠기름 다대기..... 요즘은 건강때문에 생략하고 만들어서 향수자극이 안된다는...

    성당에서 다담주에 식당봉사로 육계장 200인분 하기로 했는데
    도대체 양을 가늠할수가 없네여

    몇리터를 끓여야 100인분일까요?

      깐 양은 2시간 정도에서 2시간 반 정도 끓이 셔야지 질기지 않습니다

      육개장에는 그 집만 특징들이 있습니다. 제가 사용하는 요리 영상에는 삶은 배추를 사용하지는 않습니다.
