Thanks god someone has finally debunked this theory that the dynamic aim response curve give you stronger AA... I am playing both on M&K and controller and hence always preferred linear response curve to have 1:1 input, similar as on mouse. Never had a feeling that it hampered AA in any way. BTW, there is also a theory that by setting your left stick max deadzone to 0.75, you should be able to get rotational AA with even less input. Normally, rotational AA is activated with at least ~20-25% sideways input on your left stick. In principle, by decreasing the max deadzone to 0.75, the 25% input trigger for AA to kick in should be now applied to this shortened range. In other words, if your full range of left stick is 1, then rotational AA kicks in if left stick moves by 0.25 at least. However, by decreasing the max deadzone to 0.75, the new full range of motion is also equal to 0.75 - therefore, rotational AA should kick in after moving your left stick at least by 25% of 0.75, which is 0.18. It's obviously difficult to test, since the change in the threshold (0.25 vs 0.18) is small. Nonetheless, setting the max deadzone to 0.75 on your left stick anyway shouldn't have any negative impact on gameplay even if it doesn't really help.
Competitive Battlefield players turn off rotational aim assist or auto rotation. Cod players are just focus on movement. Having your own control over your aim is more satisfying than any other skill in a game
Yeah but in other videos I have seen rotational aim assist on the right stick as well left stick is like 20-25% movement for it to kick in and the right stick is like 5%. You sure you aren't getting rotational on the right stick for these aim assist types?
Yeah I used to use and recommend Black Ops but I heard it got nerfed awhile back so I went back to default. This could be the nerf I was hearing about.

Friends, I bought an xbox 9th generation controller today and tried this controller in the warzone caldera. It's really hard to play with the controller. How do I get used to playing with this controller? Everyone is playing very well, only I can't play well.
Great Vid as always. Question since the last update 2 weeks ago everyone lost 30-40 frames per second. Do you have a solution? I have a 3080ti Ryzen 5800x b die ram. I've played with people with a better card even the 4090 and they were getting the same fps 130-155 fps in warzone as well after that certain update. once again great vids. Been supporting and watching for a very long time. Keep it up fam.
Try and play a game and tell me how much “help” all this shit creators make videos on gets you here insight not a lot I’m sure your not at bragging level the game is not something u just pick up it takes months to get a feel for it
Im using black ops and I’m not changing it. From my experience I still get heavy rotational on it and I was just playing last night for 5 hours. L video.
Controller players in mw2 are generally quite trash, you guys try to abuse aim assist in the best way possible or try and advertise the “best” setting for what seems to be making the game and killing the game simultaneously.
@Webzy just wondering if u tried holding left or right on the left stick with blackops? I was under impression you don't get rotational aim assist while moving left stick up or down. Even if its slightly left or right it should work. Also there is additional rotational aim assist when moving right stick left or right in addition to the aim assist from just left stick. ACE and others have done extensive videos about it. They claim black ops while moving both sticks left or right together is the most sticky. Idk maybe it was nerfed again lol. Really curious if u held left stick to the left if blackops still didn't activate
@@patrickhawkins-The_BiG_HawK We did and we were surprised as well. We checked Black Ops multiple times to make sure nothing weird was going on and we never got rotational aim assist with it.
@@Webzy Maybe they nerfed it for real this time or they broke it with a update. That's a coin toss with this dev group. Thanks for shining light on this. Guess I'm back to default for now. Any truth to the 120fov bug that will make you loose aim assist? I've been running 119 out of fear lol
Thanks bro really helped my daughter and I we where was actually about to give up because clearly we had the wrong settings much appreciated

Stick drift helps your aim assist in case you are not strafing.
Yes,but it will throw your aim off in long distance fun fights

Thank you! This really helped. I will follow😄
Black ops AA still has rotational AA, but maybe only when you move left stick to the sides? You should test it out more in depth
I just got my first win in warzone in the first game with your settings. Thank you so much bro ❤
What are you thinking about ds4 windows? Good or bad ?

You need to do a variable of multiple distance checks. It changes the farther out the target is.
Not true

Has this changed? Black ops was definitely giving rotational pull before. There were several videos on it including one from Jgod.
Very good video
Been playing kbm on COD for a while and low key been considering using controller
