The neural network doesn't blur the skin to smothens the texture out, but it works close to the high-end retouchers manner: it actually dodge&burn the face. You can also get the result as a Soft Light layer.

I'm a fashion, art and event photographer and I just bought it. AMAZING plugin, but not perfect (yet)... can't wait how it develops. It works extremely well on some photos (just crazy good) and on some others there is less effect. Had some trouble activating my licence but eventually found out. I'd be smart to make a vid on it for people that buy the plugin :)

Just ordered two of your plugins!
Purchased the dode & burn app, It works well, isn't too hard to install...the stand alone app was running SUPER slow, but once it's in PS as a filter, it speeds up to useable. Results are not bad!
One of the challenges of a good D&B is to leave the stuff in that supports the structure of the face. Not sure how/if this could be solved by software at this point. The bump on the forehead and the hand structure on the second model are an example of how it should NOT be done or in other words how you'd do it, if you do not have proper understanding of structure. I'd really love to see a plugin that retouches stray hair, though.
It's done by making a lot of D&B examples and feeding them to the net, so it learns the people's anatomy. I don't share your point about the forehead though, but it would be interesting to see your version of 2nd photo D&Bed.
@@agorka Hi Oleg, thanks for your reply. I have very little understanding of ML, so maybe this is easier done than I expect it to be. The problem with the forehead is that it still doesn't have the light fall off properly, the bumpy thing needs to be replaced with more of a subtle gradient. I'd give it a shot - can I just send you an email via your website?
How do you enable the high resolution mode? I don't seem to have this option as a standalone or in Photoshop, even when working with 16bit files.
I must say this is a great product. I tested the free version and it works quite well, unfortunately it’s not that effective on dark skin tones which is a bummer. Great product though. I will say the healing software worked great on dark skin tones but the D&B on dark skin tones as compared to fair skin tones is a big difference (again from my working perspective). Either way I think I’m still gonna purchase them both.
*Update* I’ve put this software through it’s paces (Dodge and Burn) and I will first say as stated before, it’s not real effective on darker skin tones (African American with deep dark skin) and while this is somewhat disappointing it’s not a deal breaker as I’m sure this algorithm attempts to dodge and burn within the level of contrast between highlights and shadows, and with darker skin tones.
Me, being dark skinned African American myself) understand that there is not huge contrast gap between light and dark areas on dark skinned individuals and I don’t think the AI can tell the difference in most shadow to highlight areas to do an effective D&B, however it does Dodge and Burn these skin tones, but it's insignificant to the level of D&B that you will still have to do.
Now, with that being said, I cannot tell a lie, this software is AMAZING. In fact so amazing I purchased it.
I’ve also used it on slightly lighter skinned African American models (kinda caramel tone) and it works like nothing I’ve seen before. It’s not going to 100% save you from having to do and Dodge and Burn but the amount of time this will knock off your workflow is totally worth every penny of the cost.
Fair Skin models (Caucasian) it works really well, again not a 100% but definitely worth every penny (have I said that yet).
I also purchased the Heal AI and it has worked flawlessly across the board dark and light skin so I'm equally as happy to have purchased that.
Great job Oleg and 3DL team. I love the products but I would love for an update for darker skin tones on the D&B AI, I feel with that this software would be un-messwithable (is that a word LOL.
If you're on the ropes about these products I hope I given you some clarity. I bought them and I'm glad I did. My workflow has been dramatically reduced in a lot of cases.

I recently purchased dodge&Burn but noticed that it freezes photoshop when I render full sized images. However if I resize the image down to 2048 x 1365 it works fine. Do I now need to upgrade the graphics card??

do you need to purchase the 3d lut creator to download and run these plug ins....because I purchased the dodge and burn and got no download options or anything...

It looks good, though there is no way I am going to pay $120 if I can not get a good preview of what it can do. As far as I can see the demo version only allows you to go as far as the UI and not being able to take the image back into Photoshop. From the plugin the image seems to get very warm, I dont know if this just a visual bug or the imaghe actually goes bvack into photoshop warmer. Like I said, as a demo version it doesnt provide enough licence to really access it, so I wont be buying...
I downloaded the demo but the program just close down when running on image and nothing happens just crashes/close down the program. I have 16gb ram windows10 ×64 Amd rysen 7

I own r4me heal, and it works fine, BUT I have some weird issue with R4me dodge&burn - I was going to purchase it, and when I installed it, it didn't appear as a PS filter. I just don't see it in the list of filters; however, it launches as a stand-alone app... I own M1 Macbook, and the latest (2021) Photoshop build. Are there any fixes of that?
is it working for you now? I also bought it recently and have the same problem and so it is absolutely useless for me if I can not use it via photoshop. Unfortunately, I have not yet received an answer from the support team.
@@1EON1 it's not supporting M1 Macbooks and the new Photoshop I believe. I'd request my money back as it's not noticed anywhere in the description.

It's a great software, Is this possible, we can use this in another software as a plugin ,such as Davinci Resolve for video. If it, I think it wil be the most great plugin for a game changer.

I've face some bugs on 300ppi images but on 72ppi images it works amaging.

What is the minimum system requirements for these on windows ?
It is better to have Graphical Card with at least 4GB video memory on board. Otherwise the plugins will run on processor. Processor should be Intel.

@@eladbari Sorry, I read ARM first) As for AMD you can check Demo first. Some newer AMD processor doesn't have OpenCL support(

I purchased this software, but I cannot use it on the m1 chip. How can I solve it?
Its not as it shows i try it and the result are very minimum , i purches clone and d&b , its like i do 80 % of the work , not worthing the price

It's [tooo slow]... serious.
It takes 40 seconds per image.
If you do 200 image. [takes 2h]
Very slow than other plug-ins.

@@3DLUTCreator-And-Retouch4me Да нет...Вы утрируйте я имел ввиду это можно сделать обычной ретушью , портретуре тут вообще не причём, просто эффект заметен только под лупой, да и модель нужно подбирать с выражеными лицевыми дефектами.
