chorus chan They really need to open up 99 cent stores in your area! I find more makeup at Dollar Tree I think if I had to choose I would pick Dollar Tree :)
I've tried doing the top coat with the Essie stickers and they bubble up off the nail :/ but maybe a different brand than what I used will work? If it does, let us know what you used!
