      I love/respect your humility and honesty in your videos. So many of the videos put out by people, many of whom I respect greatly, only show everything as, "I went through this exact situation and I know exactly everything about it" which, if true, does not help explain critical thought about the situation, or, what I fear may be happening in some cases, is extraordinary people afraid to say they don't know everything. I never trust anyone that knows everything. I hope that does not seem like a criticism of anyone telling their story. Again, respect for all armed services but it does not educate us civilians about the truth of combat/survival/success and the experiences you went through serving our country if the truth is not presented accurately. I watch you guys because you respect the truth and NEVER claim knowledge that has not been learned or earned. I know you are likely not to see this but thank you for your service, education, and also entertainment you are providing. When I can afford it, and you have openings, I am enrolling in your program!

    I kind of felt like I had to make a comment about the Vets Office thing, I was born in a Vets office in Panama. My father was a US Army Ranger and my mother a native, who didn't want to make the trip on the back of a Donkey the week she was expected to deliver. So when she started going into labor, she went to the only person who had any medical training in the area: the local vet. The guy had never delivered a human child before and told her that she could still make it to the hospital, even offering to driver her himself. She said no and kind of just threw money at him to do it. I was born on the surgery table in the back of his building and named after paper towels "Scott".

    I agree, the movie was very entertaining. I enjoyed it. Speaking of hand to hand, that Indian guy was a major bad ass! If they come out with a sequel, I hope he comes back, because he wasn't like a normal bad guy. He was just trying to get paid and decided it wasn't worth it toward the end.
    For Fast and Furious, you guys have to break down 6. The one in the UK. Perfect mix of when it just starts getting ridiculously unrealistic, but still entertaining.

    Man a lot of things in this movie bothered be but some things had me pause the movie and go WTF. 22:30 They used Tavors to shoot up the building and that one gay has a SAW on his back... and then when he enters the building he switches to his SAW instead of the Tavor. WTF 🤣 The van opening the doors with the grenade launcher (which has a drum mag ? but he continuously has to reload after every shot ) not to mention the chance of something hitting the doors closed since he made the vehicle double the width. Also which police force force uses a freaking FN Mag 🤣. Even with the high threat of terrorism in Europe when I did patrols on streets with the Legion we never bough MGs on patrol lol. Also trams do go "out of control" like that, maybe if it was going down hill but never on a lever street. Foaming out of my mouth here 😂. Still a fun movie to watch tho.

    The one thing I really appreciated in this movie is Ana De Armas is’ fight scenes. Her character is obviously competent in fighting but they don’t do what Hollywood does nowadays by making the women be able to take down 200+ pound men. She gets her ass kicked thoroughly in this film in a semi-realistic way but still is able to sort of hold her own. Kudos for that “realism”.

    • @GhostofGomezDawkins
      @GhostofGomezDawkins 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Yeah, that's what I was about to comment, but you summed it up perfectly. She gets her ass kicked, but is consistently putting up a decent fight. No spoilers, but the last fight scene with her was great, literally a tug of war, which concluded realistically. Such a fun movie and small/clever nuances that made it more than dumb/fun action.

    6 Underground was a horrible movie.
    This "elite" team never seems to come up with a plan that works for more than 5 minutes.
    Also, when my youngest son was in 2nd grade he punched one of his classmates. When asked why he said it was because what the other kids was doing to Mrs with him "infuriated" him. What second grader talks like that?

    To me as a Czech it was funny how basically everytime you see a shot of a city its always Prague and they just CGIed the famous building from the city its supposed to portray (like the tower in berlin) in the background.

    So first thing this noticed as an ex-support staff for vanilla ops is the main lead is too damn pretty - do we really get our spooks from prisons…?highly doubtful -- are our stations that pronounced building-wise abroad?
    We run multiple Ops in a country during the day for one target now?
    Metro rails in most cities don’t run that fast - his hands were clean and the print was readable after being attacked by five plus teams??
    I hate seeing all these fights in suits - you guys ever have to fight with a full suit on - yes even after working an embassy event?
    “No one throws a loaded weapon” pretty accurate
    His backstory should have been deeper than that - more than likely he would have been out of jail in college long time ago if he was defending us brother from an abusive father - if we make movies about our black budget let’s make sure they as realistic as we can get them there are too many SF vets who can be film specialists for such movies
    Agency girls aren’t that hot and even though plenty are in the field how many are down range in spook roles???
    And I’m not even half way through the movie…

    When Billy bob told him to go from Bangkok to an airfield outside Shanghai, I looked up the distance. Something like 2400 miles. How did he know how to find the right airfield?

    • @Noble713
      @Noble713 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The airfield isn't near Shanghai, it's near CHANG MAI, which is a major city in the mountains/hills of northern Thailand. It's only a few hours from Bangkok.

    The fuse on a grenade isn't an electronic thing, the m67 anyway. It's a burning fuze and therefore a little sporadic depending on different factors. I know the new one they are working on (ET-MP) it is supposed to be an electronic timed down to the millisecond.
