I did like this, grown roots and the put in potting media but after transferring to potting media the plant is not that much healthy and growing but still plant is alive. I did like this with three cutting, all are same .
I am doing this with a different type of monstera, but I think the air root or node attached is growing mold… this is my first time propagating and I really want it to work, what should I do?
im not a complete expert on this, but i've found that sometimes when i think it looks like mold, its actually just teeny tiny little hairs from a forming root. but there's other times where it looks a lot more like mold, and it's because I didn't properly clean out the container my propagation was growing in. the best way I could describe what the actual mold looks like is when it starts to not just sit on the node, but begins to climb up the rest of the plant. and it's more fluid and moves in waves when i move the container to inspect it and milky looking, but still clear. and when it's actually mold, the health of the rest of the plant is deteriorating. again, im not an expert on this, ive just had a couple different instances where I had to deal with mold when trying to propogate.

I did exactly the same like 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't gotten any roots? I change the water every other day and it's located in indirect sunlight

I had to put mine back in water then slowing add soil to the water mix to avoid /correct shock.
35 days for this little root system? my monstera filled half my aquarium in less than 35 days with it's roots.

I did this exact same thing, two days later the water in the glass is looking cloudy
You can replace the water..you didn't do anything wrong, no need to worry! Anyway, it's a good idea the keep changing the water. Thank you!
