I play IL-2, so I promised myself I would NOT buy DCS WW2 warbirds. I made an exception for this one. Probably a mistake, because it weakens my resolve in the future, and the P-47 is coming. But the I-16 is such a unique little plane, like a 1930s racing plane that got drafted into military service, and it's really fun to fly.

Is a JF-17 series gonna happen?
Thank you sir! Probably not in the current iteration of a block 1/2/3 rolled into 1. I would have happily bought a '08 block 1 and separately a block 2 later, but rolling them all together combined with the lack of confirm-able information put me off. If others love it I'm delighted for them, and I hope the developer goes on to make other PRC aircraft (hopefully older ones with more data available), but this one is not for me.
I may direct your request to say GFY right at your special wingman, he will have it well deserved.

Thank you sir! When I have time (which is very rarely) I fly on the 504, when I'm at a loose end I sometimes jump on random public servers.
Something about the DCS I-16 just oozes "labor of love"in a way a bunch of the modules just don't... I'm gonna have to give this one a try after payday.
