When someone who once was very special to me, broke my heart , I couldn’t sleep or eat for awhile. We were living together and with each other everyday and suddenly I was alone all the time and I really couldn’t handle the isolation and ended up in the mental hospital . I would listen to this at 4 or 5 am and sob my eyes out as if someone had died. I may have had no one in those painful moments but ive always had music . Thank you for this song
I used to love her, maybe I still do, due to my religious beliefs (or lack of), to her we couldn't work, it was over, I thought I could move on, until the day it turned out she started liking someone else, she told me she didn't love me anymore. She didn't have feelings for me anymore, I thought I could live with everything, I couldn't, she wanted us to be friends, we'd been friends for the better part of the decade, best friends even, but I couldn't take the pain anymore, the pain of knowing she was with someone else who she now loves, what if her love for me was never real? How long ago did she stop loving me? I had to say goodbye. I had to give my farewells, I had to give myself some peace, my confidence and self-esteem were shattered and I couldn't take it anymore, all I can do is bid farewell, but I still loved her no matter what. I hope she finds peace and happiness. Te amé.

When I listened to this for the first time, I thought "Te amo" was the same as "Te ame" and it felt weird because the song itself sounds very melancholic. Now that I translated it, the crushing feeling of loss permeated around my room.
3 years ago and I'm still in this sorry state. I keep coming back to this song from time to time and I can only imagine the goosebumps one felt upon realizing the second half is "Her"

É por isso que eu gosto tanto do DSBM/Post-Black Metal. Simplesmente é a melhor construção musical que eu já pude escutar de um projeto consideravelmente pequeno, porém, com uma sonoridade incrível e abundante. Sobre o tema não há o que discutir, seja o que estiver sentindo no momento, o piano lento fará você lembrar de momentos importantes para você, que de alguma forma te tocou, e quando o piano finalmente para vem a guitarra, assim, focada na dor desses momentos que tantou te marcou. É lindo, é de uma profundidade imensa. Lágrimas nos meus olhos estão a cair, porém, o sentimento é de alegria. De alguma forma eu me sinto feliz em ouvir e sentir de verdade a música tocar em minha alma. É isso, obrigado Sadness, você faz de meus dias frios e insólitos melhores.

I was never depressed and never had long periods of grief. No wonder im 15 near 16 so there is alot of time possibly infront of me, that will give me pain and suffering. I enjoy this music either way. Beautiful riffs, nice drumming, the vocals are really nice. Beautiful key and synth stuff too. Best from sadness i listened to yet.
On the other hand I dont remember a time without depression. With clarity and rationality you will inevitably bear the burden of grief to come. Life hints at something great but more often than not depicts suffering in limbo failing to truly grasp your well kept dreams alive and fall into a mercurial pool of hollow nothingness that overtakes all sounds and sights and leaves you hollow... Marching through life just as a mandatory puppet until one day there is sweet release
Hopefully it doesn't happen to you because it really sucks. When I was 16 all of my mental illnesses hit me bad. I'm 21 now and it hasn't shown any sign of going away. I don't tell anyone about my mental health because I cant afford healthcare, and I don't want to spend the rest of my life in a psych "hospital" chained to a radiator sitting in feces

Yeah. That's a thing. It's called one-man black metal bands. There are quite a few bands out there nowadays going this route, and almost all to great effect. You own all the creativeness. As long as you got the talent for it, it often comes out really well. If you're interested, you really need to go check out other bands such as Panopticon, The Ruins of Beverast, Spectral Lore, and Mare Cognitum. Of course those aren't the only ones, just my top suggestions to people new to it. You're welcome.

Yeah. That's a thing. It's called one-man black metal bands. There are quite a few bands out there nowadays going this route, and almost all to great effect. You own all the creativeness. As long as you got the talent for it, it often comes out really well. If you're interested, you really need to go check out other bands such as Panopticon, The Ruins of Beverast, Spectral Lore, and Mare Cognitum. Of course those aren't the only ones, just my top suggestions to people new to it. You're welcome.
