Not gonna lie, I think this is my favorite game out of the XCOM franchise just by looking at how the gameplay and it's systems work and how they compliment the whole theme this spin-off is going for. Nice job getting this sponsor Seth!
I just wish they didn't release it with so many bugs. I ended up returning it because I was crashing every other mission due to reinforcements not working, either causing crashes or just not spawning.
I'd say it's the best spin off game in Xcom and Gaming history. Xcom 2 is still my favourite because people can die and you will be sobbing when you see your guy named "Toilet" die stupidly.
For a spinoff, and for the price, this has been an excellent XCOM installment. I would be all for some breach and clear style short and sweet missions interwoven into whatever mainline installment may come next. If it happens to be a story where another group of Elders arrive to enslave Earth and all the species again, it would be cool to see alien squadmembers join forces for a total war.
Considering you went for BLU team colors, that ending is hillariously apt - moreso than TF2 usually is! Also.. I really loved that old-timey-greyscale-movie intermission. Long story short, they had to adapt to and embrace Human culture because they didn't have their own to go back to anymore.
