The problem with indian youth the elite class english speaking youth they wanted to become a officer but not a Leader.i feel the term officer shouldn't be used in millitary service the correct term would be commander. You may have officer like qualities but leadership qualities comes naturally you're born with it.I have seen a young Lt probably aged arround 22-23 bashing using words like MC BC to a senior sepoy who most likely to have 10-15 years of service experience..do you call that officer like qualities.like i said that guy is a officer but not a true leader who don't even know how to respect his senior soldiers.
