How have you been? These days, I haven't been able to talk a lot with you guys, including live streaming. I'm Sorry 🙏. I just want to be with you instead through my new walking videos. When I filmed this day, it was after rain for 3 days in a row. There were many clouds in the sky, but it was a beautiful evening with clean air and a red sunset. I wish you always happy and healthy. Yeongdeungpo District (Yeongdeungpo-gu) is an administrative district in southwest Seoul, South Korea. Although the origin of the name is uncertain, the first two syllables are thought to be from "yeongdeung" (靈登) or "divine ascent", a shamanic rite. The third syllable is "po", representing the bank of a river (浦), referring to the district's position on the Han River. The 2006 population was 408,819. The current magistrate is Kim Hyung-Su.
There are 22 administrative "dong" and 34 legal "dong". Yeouido-dong is the largest in area and takes up about 34% of the land. The total area is 24.56 km2 (9.48 sq mi) (2004), making up 4% of Seoul's land. The annual budget is approximately 2 billion won.
Yeongdeungpo District has been heavily developed as an office, commercial, and residential district. Yeouido Dong is home to DLI 63 Building, the highest office building in South Korea and currently the 3rd tallest building in the country. The National Assembly Building is located in Yeouido-dong. Other organisations, such as the Financial Union of Korea are also based in Yeongdeungpo. There are also mass-media corporations in the area, including; Kookmin Newspaper Corporation; Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation and Korean Broadcasting System.

I absolutely miss Korea. I have lived in the UK for almost 7 years now. now I am doing PhD research. Every time when I have a moment of homesick or falling into nostalgic memories I watch such a video to make a feeling better. I am living in London and have lived in other major cities of the UK for a few years but Korea is nothing comparable

I can’t even describe how I feel while watching these videos oh man.. it’s so peaceful and soul healing in just walking through all those streets and seeing all kinds of people, emotions, conversations and feeling how the city is alive. Someone is smiling, someone just broke up, the other one is running to meet a friend and the others are in love, while some just got out of work and head home. It’s such an amazing feeling that makes me feel alive for real. Like there are so many different people and situations and whenever I worry I just try to remember that and also watch one of your videos to do that!
No reason to be sorry for not live streaming. For me, I love these recorded walks even more! Stay well Nathan and thank you for continuing to build a fantastic library of walks on your channel.
Your Videos deserve way more views. The time and effort you put into these with all the information is incredible. In times like these when traveling is still not possible, it is nice to take a 1 hour vacation to you channel from time to time!

@Angelica Velez Not really. First of all, they don't leave the car door open at night like a fool, and if someone steals a car in Korea, it's only a matter of time before they get caught, so no one steals it.

@Angelica Velez Both are safe countries. Developed countries maybe except for some cities in the US...are generally safe. I dont know much about Japan but in Korea there are cctvs all over the place. If there is a crime, the criminal most likely will get caught.

신길역과 대방역 사이에 살았었을때 자주 산책하던 코스라서 반갑네요. 이젠 이사해서 자주 갈수 없는데 덕분에 랜선산책 잘 했습니다.
