Hi Ryan another great video. that was a good thing you did with the frogs that would be me . I always put the spiders back in the garden I can't kill them they have right to live too . We also have a large fox comes in the garden in the dark and we give it food scraps. Take care love to your amazing family look forward to the next video 👍👌
Gotta love Otis’ attempts in singing…..He’s such a beautiful little boy! You and Damo sure are lucky to have a wonderful life together & we love watching how your garden is coming along:) Thank-you for another awesome vlog Ryan!
Garden is become garden of eden. Tis is gorgues boy and the star every time. Why convert your car ... sell and look for a van .. should be better, right ?
Love the interactions you have with Otis. This precious little boy is living a rich blessed life, learning real life hands on lessons from his loving parents at a young age. It’s priceless. My elementary age son saw your son in this video and exclaimed how cute he is.
It’s amazing how well Ryan fits into Thai culture, speaking the language marvellously, hands on dad to his family, Damo n Tis. He also fits in his love of western music n instruments which he enjoys whilst teaching his daughter vocals n music. He is so capable in every aspect. That’s the way to go, once your committed your full in and no looking back. If not, you will not settle, keep complaining and comparing. It’s the life he chose with Damo and to me it looks like a success.
Thank you Ryan and Damo for really showing closeup how everyone lives there. You both work hard and are very good at making the farm look amazing. The ladies with the Loom were awesome. The ladies in the market too. Never seen frogs so tiny. No bug sprays needed with frogs around. Car tent and window coverings are great ideas. Otis is adorable. Always enjoy the music sessions.🤗☮️🙏🌺
I've been studying Thai for quite some time... and what I need is more listening to Thai people speaking... like some spoke with you in the market place. You pointing out short Thai phrases and expressions is very helpful to me. You said you'll do more of this in future videos, so I'm subscribing! From an American (currently in the USA) studying Thai!
Can’t get enough of your videos Ryan and Damo , love to see your life on the farm . Good to see the frogs go free. Brought a smile to my face seeing Otis tuck into his buttie he is so adorable ❤️❤️❤️
Hiya, you and Damo work so hard on your land. I love how you want to save everything. You have a beautiful heart. Nice to hear the Thai words. So cool to see the ladies and the process of making the mats. Very skilled. Love the tent attachment. Never seen anything like that. What a great idea. Otis is so cute. You are a great musician and singer. Lovely video. Thank you for sharing. Have a great week.
What can I say, that hasn't already been said? You, Damo, Tis and all just bring JOY and LOVE to your viewers in so many ways. Your home and garden has become "Bamboo Eden"/"Heaven on Earth"......Living among the flower and fauna is so healthy and grounding for all of you.....Thank you for everything you share, including the music and the singing....Love you guys more than you know!! You make this lady's heart full.... 🙏😊 ❤️
Your garden is so beautiful lush and green. Thankyou for releasing those tiny frogs xxxx You're a really good teacher to Otis and Damo is damn hard worker.
Otis and I have something in common, the names of vegetables. I can't tell pepperoni from chorizo. Another nice and simple vlog. I enjoy hearing you speak Thai. Thanks.
Now back when I was that age,if my father had shown me how to turn those frogs loose, I would have quickly thereafter release the pig and the chickens to the wilderness 😀
A man of many talents. You've got a decent voice. Sounded good from the little bit at the end. If you haven't already, may be an idea to record some songs and get them online. Big thumbs up for a musical ending on all vids from now on lol.
Hi Ryan, Love the simple life you and your family have, you're so lucky buddy. I worked for 38 years in UK 9 - 9 and paid for it big time with my health. Unable to work since 2012. So wish I had your dream. Jim
Hi Ryan, Damo & ‘Tis, Another awesome vlog from ‘Life In Bamboo’ productions..‼️ Great progress on ‘Betty Blue’ and something for everyone... freedom for the frogs amazing ‘loom weaving’ Damos creative gardening and a musical duet for the finale.. 👏 Best to you all, Anthony 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
HI Ryan. We had a Spring snowstorm yesterday here in Niagara Region,Ontario, Canada and minus 15 Celsius temp. Looking forward to the warmer weather. I enjoyed this video and particularly liked you releasing the bought frogs on your property which also was a great lesson for your son. Many years ago, a friend of mine working the hydro lines saved a large turtle from being run over in Northern Ontario on the highway and he brought it back here. I cared for it for about 10 years and gave it a good life. The turtle who I named Yoda was about 35 years old when he passed away. That was about 40 years ago.
I love all of your vlogs but something about this one makes it one of my absolute favourite. Love the Thai speaking, freeing the frogs and of course seeing Otis.
Best video I've watched today...been busy on my own farm but man...your channel has really become a great place to be...love the evolution of it....very talented family indeed...
"Egg buttie", watching Otis speaking in Thai, and English is impressive ,but now he his dropping some fine lancashire dialect in the mix as well ,that really made me chuckle, great upload as always Ryan, and family, keep them coming folks.
At the 3:30 mark, is that a Coleus just behind Otis? (when you are letting the frogs go). i just live in a little apartment, but it's a ground floor and I have a planting area around it. I'm trying to make it nice again this year, maybe get some compliments from the apartment manager (no one else either has a planting area like mine, or doesn't bother.). I really like Coleus for the colors and leaf textures. So long as you can keep them watered, they always grow wonderfully. Anyway, thanks for the videos.
Thank you Ryan for another great vlog it’s very interesting to see the lady making the carpet Mats at home is this a business she has it all looks very stress free thank you for sharing
"Egg butty" another Thai favourite similar to boil in the bag frogs. It will be a couple more years before Otis is ready for "chip butties" the true test of culinary delights! :-)
Love your channel Ryan. How long were you living in Thailand before you learnt to speak Thai? We love Thailand and can't wait to get back there, but I want to be able to speak more Thai than just a few greetings, would love to be able to hold a conversation. Glad you let the frogs go too ❤️
Love that you let those frogs free. Grandma was weaving the mattress? Wow! Your wife seems to love planting and gardening. I can see her using composed which is very good indeed. I also love gardening and trying to do our own compose, especially the kitchen scraps. Otis is very good with the vegetables although some are too difficult for his age. Love your playing the keyboard at the end. Thanks for the vlog. It made me smile.
I would do the same by releasing the frogs in the farm or near a river. I learnt a new thai word today nam perng for honey. Another great vblog to watch. Tq, Ryan.
dear Ryan:I personally have not eaten any flogs either. But i do feel most of plants grown in the clean surroundings with fresh air, sunshine and water are supposed to be eaten unless they're not toxic due to their original offspring.
Temporarily staying in our house in Phaisali, I can confirm that this honey type (direct from our own garden) is the best I ever tasted especially in the Law Khao nicknamed see sip (40 percent) Also ant eggs together with selected plant leaves made the most heavenly dip sauce.... Absolute world class... Directly from nature (Thamachaat) If you know your nature in TH you can live from spending next to nothing...
I wouldnt use wood chips around tomatoes ;-) i grow many organic vegs in Canada and Ive helped farms in Vietnam and the Philippines etc and cant wait to get back to Thailand do some gardening :-)
Nice to visit your family again. Always makes me smile. Just a quick technical question -- what software do you use to get the effect at the end of the video?
Betty Blue looks ready for your adventures. By the way, you have to go back to supermarket to buy some pepperoni for Tis. LOL. I don't know how easy it is to find that there. Cheers!
I really enjoyed this vlog Ryan.. your place is looking really nice.. all the plantings etc.. lovely🥰 ... as for the frogs .. YAYYY🐸 .. oh .. and you can't beat WD40... 🤣👍🏼
