Its waking up with this VERY CLEAR CHOICE and returning to it (writing it on a piece of paper and carrying it aorund with you???) that charts your day! I know that I wouldnt rely on other people to keep my mindset in check but only myself ...its the purposeful clear CHOICE. As someone I hold the greatest respect for once said YOU ARE YOUR OWN CHEERLEADER! If you dont cheer yourself on, then who exactly will?? (Was this person you perhaps Keith??)
