Had an add-on idea. I have an 8" shelf on top of my desk and would like a lazy susan for tools. 4 of the tall narrow pegboards ziptied together like you did, the bottom portion of 2 hamburger pattie molds with pearls between them (or marbles)and a small peg square or foam core as the base between the (burger molds) lazy susan and the tall peg cube. It makes sense in my head.
I love all these ideas. But I have a non related question. The white shallow floor to almost ceiling cabinet by the door in the shot where you hung the black/white key & envelope holder. Where did you find that? Is that an Ikea piece?
This is such a smart video Shannon! I got the pegboards this week and I’ve been messing around with it this afternoon - I’m so impressed with all of your ideas ❤️
The cube one, you have so much storage inside and to hang on the outside. You could put a flower arrangement on the inside and hang Christmas ornaments on the outside.
I have not seen these at my dollar tree yet, but I’ll be stalking my stores until I can get my hands on these. I have a large cabinet for my craft stash, and have always wanted a peg system for inside the doors. Your ideas are truly brilliant and inspiring!! Thanks for sharing!!
The key holder for by the door. I would change it a little to make a deeper square holder for my mail. I would then throw out the trash mail and keep the bill mail for the month in there. After paying the bills I would then file them away in my filing cabinet. Thanks for that great idea.
Fantastically doable and very useful also during a chaotic relocation my preciously curated art supplies and design we're lost I was SO broken hearted I could barely watch creative videos grieving the material and sentimental loss but now these accessible organizational ideas have sparked courage for inspiration again to rebuild my studio and rebuild my artist heart and continue what my God made me able to do -"LONG LIVE FELLOW MAKERS"
These are totally awesome. The containers that I have utensils in take up lots of room on my small counter space. This peg board may be the answer to my space problem. The paper towel holder one is my faviorite
How can I pick a favorite they are all genius, I think the one I would find most useful would be the cart because it can hold more thing and keep everything organized. I can also see it in the kitchen for organization there. Love the cube organizer too. Ok let's face it I love them all.
When I saw this video was about a pegboard system I almost passed it by Thinking I wouldn't find it useful. Boy was I wrong. These are all great projects! Attractive and useful. My favorite! Thanks for another great video.
Love your craft room/she shed...beautiful. My 3 favs were the 5 multicolored peg boards with the corkboard squares..... The lazy Susan Square pegboard....and, pegboard added to your Craft cart....some great ideas, here....thank you.
Hi 👋🏾 Shannon you and Bethany are so genius with these peg boards and the so many things you can do with these. Thanks so much for sharing all your wonderful ideas and crafts with us. Have a blessed Sunday my sweet sister in Christ ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏽
I love them all. I miss having a whole room to craft in, instead of a corner in my living room. Maybe next year after my daughter graduates from College and moves into her own place I can take over her room.
I have not seen them yet, but will be on a vigilant hunt. I like the craft cart idea best. It is so versatile and customizable. Your ideas are so clever.
Wow, I love all of your ideas! I am headed to Dollar Tree today, I hope they have these at mine. We are in a small town so sometimes I can't find the same items as larger cities.
The paper towel roller holder with peg boards will make a great jewelery organizer on a dresser. You could add a tray and use it at the kitchen sink counter for holding all the dish cleaning supplies and those rings while your doing the dishes and sumply stores away under the sink. It would be useful in a garage, camper or car for easy use, yet can match decor. Love these ideas! They are useful in every room.
About 3 weeks ago I found 4 of those metal carts on clearance at Target for $20 each. Then I saw the peg boards at Dollar Tree and I did exactly as you did. I added two boards to each side of the carts and added my tools. So now I have 1 cart for all my Painting items, 1 for all my ribbon, buttons and bow making items, 1 has all my paper craft items for card and scrapbooking, and the last one is for all my Jewelry making supplies. They are perfect to pull from the closet along side my work table and they have everything I need to do that type of Craft project. Micheal’s sells a system for the cart that has peg boards and assessors for them and they are charging up to 10x the amount for the same thing we can do with DT items.
I love it! I am going to use the cube on a lazy susan (that I will make also from a dollar tree diy) to display jewelry for the next boutique I go to. This is great. Thank you!
I just got 12 of the 2 pack squares, and put them on a piece of foam board, and mod podged tissue paper to make it pretty! Just wish my DT had the cups for the boards
Wow! I don't think I could pick a favorite as they are all so creative and neat looking. What an amazing video, Shannon! I have to say that adding them to an Ikea Råskog was brilliant. They look like they are part of it. Side note, there isn't a utility cart that I've seen that's better made than the Råskog. From the gauge of steel, craftmanship, and the placement of the casters, you just can't beat them. My Dad was a tinner, so I know quality when I see it.
Good day beautiful Shannon! You are such a genius at this stuff. My favorite is the white squared one to add tools. Your geniuslly awesome. Have a blessed week.
When I say these have got to be THE BEST 5 Quarter Store DIY’s I’ve ever seen!!! I love them & although it’s 2:06 am EST, I’m already seeing myself at the store after kiddy drop off in the morning. Just wow! Thank you for sharing and thank God for your creative lil mind. 🤗
Thanks Shannon. I think my favorite is hanging some of the peg blocks on the cart. I'm wanting a cart to hold my paint and I could use the side panels to put cups for my brushes.
I just found these today at my Dollar Tree and no doubt they'll help with my crafts, but my first thought with the little flat shelves was using them to display my Funko Pops.
These peg boards may be the best thing DT has come out with! I'm on medical leave and I'm itching to organize my craft room(there's literally no rhyme or reason at this time). These will be great for me, Dr says I can do 25-50% activity this week so I may start on it! 🤞
Thank you so very much for the wonderful information!! I truly appreciate your kindness and time to encourage us to be successful with our Crafty Life !! Have a Beautiful Blessed Day Full of Happiness and Creativity!!
Good morning! You wanted to know my favorite....ummm, ALL OF THEM! 😁 I was at Dollar Tree yesterday and didn't see this! I'm going to go back or try another one. AWESOME ideas, thank you! ☺️
Wow!! Dollar Tree is really stepping up their game!! Love this new system! Will be on the lookout for the items at my DTs. Thank you Shannon for these awesome ideas!! 😃💜
Oh my word, this is an awesome idea! A unit like your 4 sides put together is exactly like a unit I got from Amazon for like almost $50! Love love your ideas!! My new fav!
Omg, these are all genius ideas! So smart, thank you. I’m going to make the one with cork on the wall. I already have a huge peg board that’s pretty full
Hi Shannon what great ideas and they turned out amazing and very nice. Awesome job 👍 TFS have a great evening 🐝 safe and God Bless you and your family.
Wow, so versatile. My dad had a huge peg system in our garage when I was growing up. He hung a lot of his tools. I can see this being popular with guys in their own tool shop. I would probably do a huge board as well going like 8x8 for crafting and nail art supplies. These haven't hit my DT yet, but I'll keep an eye out.
WOW! This video will really solve some of my organizational problems while adding an attractive "in-my-face-place" for all of those small things I lose. Thank you!
Wow your craft room came out beautiful. I just love all the things that you made I liked the square cube that held your tools. Putting it on the lazy Susie is a great idea. I definitely want to make that. That you so much for the great ideas. See you on your next video.
That is a treasure. Unless your hubby knows where it is and so you should keep it put away. I bought a really nice tool set in a carry all bag a few years ago. Everything was ok until I went looking for my tape measure. Still don't know where it got too. Possible when we move all the tools to hubbies shed I will find a lot of things. Love your channel.
I sometimes get bored with the never ending arsenal of Dollar Tree vids in my feed, but this one was definitely worth watching. Totally digging these uber clever hacks. Very useful cute and functional 🤯👍 Great job!
Amazon also has the carts. Mine came with a handle across the back as well as the little cups that hang from the cart. It also came with little dividers that you could easily use for crafts. Come in great colors too. I was going to get yellow but ended up with a light teal. I especially love it because my hub, who wasn’t one to put stuff together, assembled it for me right before he got too sick to do anything!
Absolutely love every one of these organization displays. I will be watching for these products at my dollar tree! My favorite though is the lazy susan with the box.
I found some wood squares just like these at 5 Below a while back. I thought about putting them on a turntable like you did. Great minds think alike. I hope I can find some at my stores! Love the ideas!💕💕
I don't know how you do it Shannon but You do SUCH a great job at coming up with organization hacks. Thanks for sharing with us. I recently bought a peg board from Home Depot and some storage containers from Amazon so this will moat definitely come in handy to look back on.
My fave was the cart storage by far! I'm a teacher and use my cart daily. I will be looking to see if my DT has this peg board system!! My second fave was the large square storage on the lazy susan. PERFECT for a bunch of storage!! Thanks for all the ideas!
Omg there's no way to pick a favorite. Lol they're all great n so useful. Can't wait to find them in one of the stores near me. Thanks so much for all of the ideas.
It's so hard to choose 1 favourite but because of short working spaces I would have to say the trolley idea is my fave. 1 in my craft room, 1 for my art, and probably one for the kitchen or laundry. I'm moving into a unit from a house so not sure if I need one where ore both. Thanks for sharing
These are some really good ideas for this pegboard system. I just saw these at my DT yesterday & was wondering how to best use them. Thanks for all of these ideas.
Love, love, love all your ideas!! I want to go to $tree right now and get everything I need. Lol. I haven't seen these yet but will be looking for them. Thanks so much Shannon!!❤
Loved them all! But you really inspired me with the last one for the cart. I don't have a cart but I do have A rolling Cutting table That I can add the pig board To the middle legs like you did to your rolling cart on both sides thank you !
Hey everyone. This video made me subscribe. TFS. As a crafter myself, I need to include those peg boards in my craft room. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen these in Philadelphia. Great, practical ideas.
🛑We LOVE Dollar Tree here! But there are 18 things NOT to buy at DT you MUST KNOW ABOUT: th-cam.com/video/QpHAm-X7KgU/w-d-xo.html
Could you build up on that cube system?
@@andreafetterman1935 I'm sure you could! Maybe add a top and bottom for extra support?

Hey ChicOnTheCheap and The Daily DIYer- You both are my favorite DT DIYers! I love both of the videos you guys put up.
I got a few tonight..but they had less than half of those goodies ♡
June, Go on DT's website!
The key holder for by the door. I would change it a little to make a deeper square holder for my mail. I would then throw out the trash mail and keep the bill mail for the month in there. After paying the bills I would then file them away in my filing cabinet. Thanks for that great idea.
Great ideas, that key holder could also be used to hold cell phone while charging kinda like a charging station! 😉
That's such a GREAT idea!
Love I believe it was the second one the white box frame you made and put your craft holder jars in. So need this in my life. What a fab idea!!!

So exciting to have these items at a Dollar Tree store and of course you have brought their uses to the next level. Incredible pieces, incredible you!

I bought a few pieces and considered hanging them on my rolling carts. Thanks for the idea of using zip ties!

I like the pegboard hang up it looks really cool going to have to see if my Dollar Trees here in Topeka have the pegboard and get some
Shannon, this is the best tutorial yet. I also impressed with what you have done. So many great ideas. Thank you for your talents. -j

So many to choose from. Probably add them to my rolling carts. Yes, I have more than one. ☺️
I love Dollar Tree and I buy a LOT from there, but I found foam board at Walmart for 88 cents. Just helping you save even more money 🙂
