    Syed bhai do include your opinion of whether 16000 km service interval is really good for a country like India as the temps here in India are much higher than EU and American countries?

    • @vikasshelke5544
      @vikasshelke5544 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      No single cylinder bike can offer 16000 kms arrive interval. You need frequent oil change . chain , cable , needs settings .

    • @srmotoworld
      @srmotoworld  ปีที่แล้ว +27

      They claim that the engine oil is designed to last 16000kms. But according to my experience with motorcycles, this is not possible in India. The climate in India is extreme in summers which can lead to break down of engine oil, also dusty environment clogs the air filter frequently which needs to be cleaned at every 5000kms. And chain lube at every 500-800kms.

    • @suryateja2k11
      @suryateja2k11 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@srmotoworld thank you bhai for your suggestion. I was thinking the same as whether 16000 km interval figure is a myth in India as the pollution levels, temperature and more importantly the road conditions puts enormous pressure on engine which leads to early breakage of oil. But can you tell me if this is the same even in multiple cylinder engines or only restricted to single cylinders?

    You made an excellent video with many details, liked a lot but the tyre change is not because of road conditions but because of import restrictions. Tyres import are banned in india, that’s why they sourced from mrf & apollo.!

    • @srmotoworld
      @srmotoworld  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      They are importing tyres which we see on high end bikes, they have done this to keep the costs in check and also we need hard compound tyres for longevity.

    • @farulahmed7644
      @farulahmed7644 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@srmotoworld nope, mainly high-end bikes are imported as CBU or CKU, that’s why you’ll see tyres like pirelli and all but otherwise any company manufacturing a vehicle in india has to source local tyres which is why some international manufacturers have tyre factories in india too but cater to only the mass tyre caregory. The most premium ones are not manufactured in india. You can see on hayabusa also, they use mrf I believe

    • @srmotoworld
      @srmotoworld  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@farulahmed7644 no they use high speed rating imported tyres from thailand or japan.

    • @farulahmed7644
      @farulahmed7644 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@srmotoworld nope brother, i think you’re talking about gen 2 hayabusa, coz for gen 3 there is close to 50 different variants available for the tyres in hayabusa and primarily mrf provides a particular variant, I can’t remember the name exactly and there’s no way someone can import from thailand, japan or anywhere coz mostly radial tyres are used in ICE vehicles and radial tyres are the 1st category to be banned(restricted). You can ask someone from triumph itself since you’re currently reviewing the bike, they’ve given metzeler tyre for international market since michelin is the most affected company ever since the restrictions were imposed. Michelin mostly imports tyres. This is another reason why you won’t see run-flat tyres in india, only the ones that comes with the vehicle.

    Two things that bother me. 1.) The gas cap is not centered in the middle of the tank. It's to the right sire and I just don't like that look. 2.) The speedometer is analog. I wish they would have made the Tachometer be the analog needle. It's more fun riding looking at that needle climb the revs. The speed doesn't matter, not like you're gonna be going 100mph with this motorcycle. They should've just put the speedometer in the digital screen.

    At first glance I didn't like the triumph bike.. but after a few days slowly I am liking this bike.
    Triumph is an international brand the cost of their bike is too expensive but for the first time they have collaborated with Bajaj and launched this bike for 2.23lakh it's really good to hear this.
    But i have one major complaint or I can say one thing I don't like abt the bike is SEMI DIGITAL CONSOLE 👎👎👎
    look we are paying 2.23lakh for a bike, even after that they are providing a semi-digital instrumental cluster why ???
    Now i am using a Honda SP125cc BS6 bike, which is just 1,00,400/- on road price they are giving FULL DIGITAL CONSOLE ☺️☺️☺️
    And the display is really very decent, while driving I can clearly see the gear position indicator, Time, speed, fuel indicator and lot more things very clearly visible in my bike
    But I don't know why these international brands don't give big displays? In some bikes they give only semi digital consoles.
    When compared to this my Honda SP125cc BS6 bike is far more better than this because I am getting a mileage of 60kmpl and the seat is very wide, where both rider and pillion can sit very very comfortably.. even ladies can sit very comfortable
    But why in these bikes they give very small portion of pillion seat ???????
    My Honda SP125 bike got both KICK ROD and SELF STARTER/ENGINE KILL SWITCH
    but in most of the bikes they don't give these two options they give only engine kill switch

    Hero - Harley Davidson partnership wins, let me explain
    The speed no matter how good the finish is,it's small, a motorcycle's road presence is primarily defined by its size which the HD x440 nails, it's a huge bike.
    If Triumph is charging so much in the sale itself then you can only imagine how much these dealerships will charge for the service given that it has a liquid cooled engine.
    On the other hand HD 440 has air-oiled cooled engine, which doesn't cost much to service as they will not have to change the coolant.
    In short HD 440 will ultimately win the hearts after the bikes start rolling on the roads, cause it will be the eye catcher.
    A few years ago Husqvarna had launched its bikes which although good looking were small and sometimes used to get confused with scooters and this didn't play out well in the market.
    Let's get this straight in Indian roads saturated with two wheelers, ultimately it's the size that matters

    • @_xenovortex_5870
      @_xenovortex_5870 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A real enthusiast will always go for the better machine, road presence is a shitty concept which is used by retards to compensate for their small dicks. Looks are always subjective.
      As far as maintenance is concerned the service interval on the triumph is 16000km or 1 year, whereas the fake harley's service interval is 5000km or 6 months. Even if the service cost of the Triumph is higher you'll have to service it once a year whereas you'll have to service the harley twice, the service costs will even out in the end.

    Hondacb350 h'ness/rs or triumph speed 400 because there is a decent price difference between both brands.

    Hi SR
    I own Yamaha FZ V2 from jan 2015. Now I’ve been facing some issues and I suspect they are engine related and wanted to talk to you regarding the same.
    It’ll we very helpful if you could guide me through that.

    Syed bhai can we adjust the suspension of the scarambler 400X to lower the seat height? Also does it damage the suspension if we lower it?
