I have to say Aces High II has been by far the best online pvp airplane game I've ever played. One reason I'm not feeling this game is that it isn't strictly first person. It takes out a lot of dog flying tactics which made it more challenging and rewarding when landing kills. But looks good if your just a casual airplane fan

Anyway, great video. I thought that it was funny that your plane began to stall in the first video at about 35 knots. Just goes to show that not a lot has changed in the world of prop planes. The slowest I've gone in "Slow Flight" was 19 knots at 6,000 feet. Very fun! Again, great video!

You do get it,I have been in WoWp for a little while but I played WoT for a long time,and it does not matter if you have left it after you died :) you get the same amount for staying the full match after getting killed or leaving and going to play another match :)
Your plane stays out of battle until the entire battle ends. Same as WoT. You earn experience which you use to upgrade your current planes. You have to actually research a plane and buy it to research stuff for it, same as WoT.

Tactic that I learned from the trailer when an enemy is chasing you go up so they have antvantig but then they will stall and you too then you be above the enemy
***** i know this thread is old but i just wanted to confirm that it is indeed , situational , if they can fly higher than you or have a faster, more stable engine then they will just follow and gun you down now that you cant manuever since you stalled your engine

at first before they started adding all the new updates to war thunder it was kinda like world of warplanes cause at first the hangars were really similar it just the quality was better then the graphics on the planes before the update were exactly like world of warplanes so now they did it to where war thunder doesn't look anything like it accept for the targeting system

Jalen Murdock actually. wings of prey, birds of steel, and and birds of prey (gaijin's earlier WWII air simulators) were all released before world of warplanes. war thunder used the planes that were already in those games. so some the war thunder planes, u.i. , and early damage models already existed and were used in other gaijin games. so gaijin made most of the world of warplanes/war thunder similarities first.
