The reload animation in PUBG is seriously fucked up. The revolver only holds 7 rounds but if you count while reloading it, you can see and hear 9 times the animation and the sound loading the gun. Same shit with the Kar98k when Shourd reloads it at 12:43. The gun only needs 2 rounds to fully loaded, but the animation and the sound loads in 3 more rounds instead.
Using Energy drink to regenerate to full health is a game fact, many games do that and it's totally fine. But on the other hand, counting 9 and saying it's 7 is not a fact anywhere, in game or in real life.
