Yes, you could have a bucket for each cage if you wanted. Be aware that 5-gallon buckets are very heavy and take up a lot of space; there will also be more potential failure points in the system (things like leaks, drips etc). The brand of nipples is from rabbitnipples, I do have them linked in the description box. If the rabbits bite on them too much, the nipple part may get stuck to the side and leak. For this reason, I do check the nipples every time I feed the rabbits, just to make sure the nipple is not stuck for some reason. Overall though, no the nipples don't leak. If you're looking for an even higher quality nipple, check out kwcages.com. They have a great selection, albeit a little more expensive. I hope that helps!
Yes it is!! Now that we've had it for a while, the one thing we would change is to use the brass nipples. The nipples we used were cheaper and sometimes stick to the side (not often but it does happen), causing water to leak. The brass nipples are a bit more expensive but I think would prevent the nipple from that occasional sticking! Thanks for the comment!
You said that the longer part of the nipple should be down but i see where you put it on "sideways?" I tried mune out and it makes you out them in sideways. If put on up and down it wont ket you hook the spring
thank you for sharing about how to install an automatic drinking device for rabbits
I'm so glad it was helpful!
Could you have a bucket for each cage? A Set up individually so every cage has it's own bucket? Also what brand did you use? Do they leak?

Did you buy the nipples linked in my video? I don't have experience with any other rabbit nipples unfortunately.
