- The Migos have been going through one of the coldest break ups in Hip Hop history. Unlike NWA, not even the death of their mutual friend Takeoff was able to mend the relationship. I decided to really dig and do research as to what happened. It might be a hot take - but I truly feel that things soured when Cardi B and Offset began dating in 2017. From here, Offset would also do some messed up things to Quavo behind his back (allegedly) that was never addressed thoroughly. Takeoff's passing was the anchor - but it also showed just how deep the conflict goes, as Quavo and Offset have yet to settle their differences in the public eye. These days, the 2 rappers are completely separate and are on their own path.

i think when quavo at take talk about loyalty, they’re talking about being loyal to the label, QC the label that brought in the game, so when offset filed a lawsuit against QC, quavo and takeoff probably didn’t agree with him. Offset probably got the idea to get full rights of his music from cardi b, because in the contract that was leaked a few years back, it said that QC gets a percentage of what money was made from MIGOS music and when Offset put his solo project out, he was confused on why he had to pay the label because it’s offset music, not Migos. when Quavo said “b*tch f*caked my dawg behind my back” he was probably talking about a friend (not offset, not lil baby) but someone that he knows that we don’t f*cked her. I hope Set and Quavo can be on good terms with one another and hope they carry on Takeoffs legacy 🚀♾️
Look into the original migos deal and you’ll see who’s right and wrong. Quavo wanted to stay, Takeoff was indifferent about it but stayed loyal to his unc. QC was robbing them blind and will continue to rob Quavo, who has shown countless times that he lacks backbone

I’ve been a Migos fan since 2015 and Takeoff #RIP has always been my favorite, he was the glue that held the group together. I’m sure he’s in paradise still a pure gentle soul and it makes me glad he don’t have to deal with quavo and offset’s stupid crap.

Yes we’ve had songs like “Interview” with just Takeoff and Offset on QC1 but it’s not considered a “migos” song. just “takeoff and offset”
