Excellent stuff here, and a very good production quality with the video! Really made it easy to learn the first four songs.
But the last one was the most fun, even though I suppose it‘ll take all night to put that backing track together. The others were fairly easy to do and the looper did the trick. But for that last one I‘ll probably have to use the DAW.

Great lesson! Question: on Jingle Bells, it sounds like there's vibrato happening with the hand wahs (forgive my inaccuracy if I got the terminology wrong). I want to add vibrato but I'm new to the harp. Is there a quick example?

Regarding hand wah, you just want to have as airtight of a cup as possible to get the maximum variation in tone. Hope that helps. Happy holdiays!

But he's using a C harmonica:

@@Harmonicacom thanks and I've been practicing on my down time to be honest it feels natural to me I kinda got some bending down and I can kind of play with sound i use the first key like the 4 and play side to side to make the sound I want but your videos have helped like crazy thank you 🙏👍 and keep making videos hopefully you can someday make that tutorial I'm sure your views would go up a bit 🤘

Question though. I was gifted a Hohner Marine Band 364 in "C" some time ago and I don't find a lot of content about that instrument. It seems comfortable and very nicely made, but what exactly differentiates it from the 10 hole?

What harmonica are you using?
Looks like on Jingle Bells I was using a Marine Band Deluxe in C (it sounds sweet on chords. ) Can't tell what harmonica, but it's a C harmonica for the next few. And then the last one I'm using a Lee Oskar F Melody Maker for the verse/choruses, and then a regular Lee Oskar Bb for the instrumental breaks. Hope that helps?

Hey bro - I didn't do videos for these licks. They're good licks though!! More below...
This is kind of a classic bebop lick. The bebop scale is like mixolydian but adding the major 7 as well as a flat 7. In 2nd position you'd have to do an over-blow on 5 to get the major 7, but we can get it in the lower octave with -2'. I love that little lick -2 -2' -2" -3" 2 -1. Very jazzy.
This is a classic outro lick. You could call it a jazz cliché!
