The erhu is an instrument belonging to the bow and string, so it has two strings so it is called the erhu (Chinese: 二胡; pinyin: èrhú; Pinyin: erhu), originating from India and Central Asia , was introduced into China from the first century to the third century AD from the Ho people (the name used by the Han to refer to the peoples living in the border area between northwestern China and Central Asian countries) during the prosperity of the "Silk Road".
The current popular erhu has the following main parts:
