The scriptures i cannot find where it says Boaz was even a Godly man or that he loved Ruth. Both are assumed . Yet God approved of Boaz being a good and honorable man .

I wouldn say that this story is absolutely not a love story .
It's more about a need arising out of destitute by two broke women and the older woman pimping out the younger woman to a sugar daddy whom used the maneuvering of traditional laws to acquire land and the young kitty cat .
