@@surang_atelier9330 I’ve tried three times ,all failed,I’ve made bean paste by myself,here are the Process:first time : bean paste mix 8% butter 100•c 25 mins ,all leaves broken because too dry. Second time: mix 20% butter ,100•c 40 mins ,leaves still soft so I continue until 55 mins,they were hard and texture same as cookie,but no longer in shape because too much butter they melted during baking. The third time :mix 15% butter 100•c 40 mins ,still soft so I went on until 50 mins,they were Borken again,and taste not as good as 20% butter one. I’m so confused about this,is anything I did wrong ?thank you for your answering
@@kott8949 I don't add butter. Bake in oven for 10 minutes and add to it. So that it's a little more dry. It depends on the oven, so you have to test it.
