Driver jumps 3 red lights in the first half hour! 3:378:3226:16 nothing really wrong in this , it keeps trafic moving and the slow inercity speeds make accidents extreemly unlikely. The bigger crime is the unnecessary obstruction to trafic flow by cones and barriers and lights around road works ... this one 25:53 no need at all . And no workmen to be seen on any of this and the many other roadworks ! The council planners are not doing their job.
