Well yeah, thats the main problem. Did u ever try to switch to 60hz in your pc settings? Because its in energy saving mode u use. If u switch to 60hz then it will be 60 fps for you. Still better than 30. Since there is no 30 hz laptop its not possible to u to have a 30 hz max monitor

I finally realized why I can’t get a high kill streak. It’s because I have lag out the wazoo! I always have at least 200 ping with 30 fps!
