This show is produced on a very low budget to make it affordable to smaller television stations that air it around the country. Most syndicated programming is crazy expensive. I'm sure as executive producer Byron Allen doesn't charge himself a fee, but the other five comedians, even on the back nine of their careers, still command a pretty healthy sum for their appearances. The studio audience is likely fake. It's never shown and tellingly, there's no announcement on where to get tickets. The joke writers are very good, though, and the comedians deliver the punch lines well.

If you had any idea how expensive even daytime syndicated programming has become, I'm sure the GMs at those stations appreciate having this option.
Also this show is a knockoff of Hollywood Squares shame on you Byron Allen. asked a question you get a stale unfunny joke then possible True or False answer........sound familiar?? same format as Hollywood Squares.
