Did Patrick Schwarzenegger's Company Flop On Its First Day?

After years of research and months of preparation to launch their brain-healthy bar, Patrick and team hit nearly all of the obstacles in their way.
They shipped their first batch of product DTC to customers in the hot September days without proper packaging and protection from the heat and the product melted into a giant mess.
On top of that, the Lions Mane ingredients when melted with the chocolate affected the taste and efficacy. It was a total bust.
MOSH launched during the pandemic and although Patrick and team tried everything they could to put out the fires-- like refunding customers and replacing products-- they got the news that all of their new product shipments were stuck in the harbor on boat docked and locked, unable to get access for 12 weeks or more.
It was a disaster that could have ended MOSH as soon as it started.
How did Patrick and team overcome all of the adversity?
