Yes YS Rajasekhara reddy government proposed one more regulator on Budameru and DVC channel expansion to 35000 cusecs flow but there was ABN power plant ( it is mini hydal plant - small plant 1.5 MW) which was established in CBN government. In YSR government also due to floods there was 70,000 cusecs in Budameru and Vijayawada drowned. So YSR government cancelled the NOC of ABN power plant but He went to court and brought stay since that time ABN managing . In Jagan government also he tried to continue those two works on Budameru but again ABN went to court and it was stopped.
Then GENCO chairman Partha Saradhi wrote a letter to government that VTPS is loosing 10 lakhs unit’s generation ( in terms of money it is 126 crores per annum) due to some flow problems in their discharge canal because of this ABN mini hydal plant. Partha Saradhi was an expert and highest GENCO officer.
