Jimmy Bilbrey that was Wayne Fields. He was a part of Southern Blend, a bluegrass band out of Kentucky with Rickey Wasson. Wayne was a premiere banjo player and singer. Unfortunately he passed away many years ago.

This song is called "If I Could Only Go Back Home Again" written by Richard Bennett. Not the sane tune that Scruggs played.
